The multi-event app is way of showing all your events that you would like an app all in one application.
The event planner creates an event on Eventdrive and imports a list of participants into each one. As the multi-event app is created in "Restricted user" mode only participants invited to the event can see the event.
This means event when participants download the app, they won't see all the events.
It is up to the event manager to set the visibility of the event on the app.
On the participants side, the ones who download the app usually called "Company Events". Will use their user name to sign in (email and password) and as time goes by they will see all the events that were invited to appear.
If you organise many events per year, the multi event app is the solution for you!
- The event app is sent to the app store once, meaning no need to send the app to the store for each individual event. Thus, Saving time ✅
- If you would like to change the name of your multi-event app for each event, there will be costs and a 5 day delay as it needs to be validated.
