Accessing the moderation platform allows you to manage the application content of your event. You can also manage the content posted by attendees and post content yourself (push notification, newsfeed). Via moderation you can open and close services.
Also, from the moderation platform it is possible to broadcast all interactive services such as voting, quiz, word clouds and participant questions.
Step 1
In the administration tool go to "INVITE" then "Attendees".
Step 2
Look for your name in the list, and make sure you have the role of "Moderator" or "Owner".
To change your role click on the drop-down list and choose one the those roles. No need to save the change has an immediate effect.
Step 3
Now click on the button at the top right called "Shortcuts" then, click on "Moderation".
Step 4
A new web page will open up and you will have to login. To log in you must use your attendee information. That is the email and password you use to connect to the event app.
If you have not yet set a password for your account you have two options:
- Create an account from the app if the app is in public or private access.
- Send yourself the invitation e-mail and fill in the registration form if your application is restricted by user.
Step 5
Once you have entered your credentials, click on "Connection".
Congratulations, you are now connected to the moderation platform of your event!
