We recommend you to test your emails before sending them widely. If you, or some of your recipients have difficulties to receive your email, it is possible that this one has been blacklisted (considered to be malicious content) or spammed (considered to be a spam).
When you use Eventdrive to send communication or invitation emails, these ones are sent with a default email.
Here is how it is composed :

It is important that the email client doesn't consider this email adress as a malicious content or spam. When it happens, it is often because of safety parameters implemented by the company, which block the reception of the emails.
We recommend you to give the email adress to the IT and safety department to be whitelisted. In other words, to authorize the domain.
