With Eventdrive you are able to modify the maximum amount of registrars allowed at your event in real-time, even after the release of your invitation email with the registration forms. If you had set the limit to 100 participants before and you have now decided to change this limit, see how:
Step 1
From the admin tool, go to "INVITE" then "Registration forms".
Edit the registration form you would like by clicking on the options button found on the right of the corresponding form, then "Edit".
Step 2
Go to the third section on called "Settings" found on the bottom of the page.
Under the option "Auto close the registration form" modify the amount on the the third ligne "Yes, when a specific number of attendees registered via the registration form" by inserting the new cap.
Eg:if you had capped the registration to 100 attendees and now you would like to cap it to 150, replace the 100 with the 150.
Step 3
Click on the "Save" button to save the changes.
Advice
- Don't hesitate to send a mail to attendees that haven't registered to tell them that the new places are available. In this mail it is important to specify the number of places that are available and the registration link.
