As part of your event, you have set up a registration form.
When your guests accept the invitation, a thank you text appears. A message is created by default, but you can customize it. Learn how to do it in this article.
In the Eventdrive administration tool, go to " INVITE ", then " Registration Form ".
Edit your form by clicking on the options button at the end of the line, then click on " Edit ".
Below, in the " Info " section, you can write a thank you text in a field called " Thank you text ".
You can also customized the answer for the people who declined the invitation. To do it, write the text in " Text in case of a refusal ".
Once it is done, go to the bottom of the page. Click on " Save ".
- When the attendees accept the invitation, the message " Thank you!" is display by default above your customized thank you text.
- When the attendees decline your invitation, the message " Have you changed your mind? " and the button " Register now " are displayed below your customized text.
- You are able to see the report by looking at the registration form. If it is set in public, you can click directly on the link at the top of the page. If it is in private, send the invitation email and proceed to your registration to view the message of thanks.
