You chose live broadcasting during your event. You have to visualise how to manage your control room. In this article, you can find a plan with all the details you need to know.
Step 1
Connect your 2 computer to Ethernet if possible. Either way, use the WI-FI and be sure the connexion is good.
Make sure that internet speed is fast enough by using speedtest.net.
Step 2
Connect the computer to the moderation tool. The computer connected to the event wall is called the Broadcasting computer.
To access the moderation tool, click on " Shortcuts " at the top right of the page, then click on " Moderation ".
Step 3
Connect the other computer to the Event Wall. This computer is called Broadcasting computer.
To go to the Event Wall, click on " Shortcuts " at the top right of the page, then click on " Event Wall ".
You can also directly access the event wall via URL. The event wall link is followed by the event ID: wall.eventdrive.com/EVENTID
Use the full screen mode. You don't want to let the navigation bar appears.
Step 4
An important step before your event launch: live testing. It's recommended to test the display of all the services before the event begins.
To do it, use your broadcasting computer from your moderation computer.

Advice
- Use Google Chrome.
- Add the admin page link, the moderation platform page and the event wall page to your favorites.
- Ensure your broadcasting computer is always connected to a power source.
- Do not let the broadcasting computer go to sleep.
- Keep a power strip at hand.
- Wired internet connection is preferred to the Wifi connection.
