In order to manage attendees more efficiently, you want to set up a public registration form. Here are the steps to do so :
Create the form by going to "INVITE", then "Registration forms" and click on " Create a registration form ". Tick the "Public" visibility checkbox located below in the "Settings" section. Do not forget to "Save".

Prepare your communication form (email...) and insert the link of the form in the email. The link is available above the "Info" block on the "Registration Form" page.
As your registration form is public, you have to add it to the content of your event website by clicking on INVITE > Website > Content. When on Content drag "Public registration form" box and drop it in the "Selected" box, on the right. Don't forget to save your changes.
- Go to Registration forms. In the "Settings" section, tick the "Public" box and save.
- Add your Registration form to the content of your website.
- Your registration form is public, meaning anyone with the link of the form can register for the event.
- By choosing this type of form, you do not have to import a list of your participants beforehand. You will be able to see who is registered by going to "INVITE" and then to "Attendees" in the admin tool.
