You would like to make changes to an attendee email address after an integration mistake or an internal change?
Below different solutions are given depending on the context,
The participant hasn't received the invitation email yet.
Step 1
In "INVITE", go to "Attendees".
Step 2
Make sure the participant hasn't received the email yet. To do it, check that his/her status is "No status".
Step 3
If it happens, you may delete the attendee. Click on the options button on the left on the attendee line and click on "Delete".
A message will appear asking you if you want to go through with the action. Click on "OK" .
Step 4
You can now reintegrate the attendee with the email address you want.
The participant has already received an invitation email
Step 1
Follow the 4 previous steps.
Step 2
Send a new email to the attendee
Summary
- The attendee who hasn't received an invitation email: go to "INVITE", click on "Attendees". On the options button, click on "Delete". You can now reintegrate your attendee, with the correct email address.
- The attendee has already received an email invitation: go to "INVITE", click on "Attendees". You can now reintegrate your attendee, with the correct email address and send him/her a new invitation email.
Remark
- Any deleting of one or more attendees has irreversible effects, you can not go back on your decision.
