From the Eventdrive back office, you can view the changes you made to your application in real time. Find out how in this article.
Step 1
From wherever in your event, click on "Shortcuts" at the top of the page then "Web App" to go on your web app version.
Step 2
Refresh your webapp tab while you are making changes in your back-office.
Step 3
To get your changes certified by another person, you have to give them access to your app. To do this, go to "INVITE" then "Attendees" and click on "Add attendees" to add the person, if it has not already been done beforehand. Go back to the attendees list and change the role of this person from "Attendee" to "Owner", from to the drop-down menu.
Step 4
Owner attendees have to log themself in the webapp with their email addresses and passwords. If they do not have any password, please send them an invitation email through which they will be able to create one.
The "password reset" action of the webapp does not work when your event status is in "Draft".
Summary
- From the Eventdrive backoffice, click on "Shortcuts" at the top right corner then "Web App" to view the app.
- Event status "Draft": your application is visible only by the the administrator* (the person who has created the app) and the owners of the event.
- Administrators and Owners have to get a password. If they do not, they have to create one through the registration form. The password reset is not available when your event is in "Draft".
Remark
- Take care, the application view is possible if the event status is "Live" and approved by the Eventdrive team.
